As a customer of ThermoSpas, you get to Design Your Own Hot Tub. Your custom-built hot tub will include all of the features and amenities that you want, and none that you don't want or need. First, you can select up to 160 powerful hot tub jets of all types and sizes. Then, you get to choose from a wide variety of marble and granite shell colors, as well as a range of Thermoboard Cabinets. Finally, you can select from a large array of accessories to complete your very own personal oasis.

Once again stopped into the store and the girls in customer care treated me like no other sotre that I have gone into, they remeber my name, instantly pull up my order history and ask what i need to order with suggestions. This kind of business is unheard of in this day and age and I commend them and their employees for a job well done

So far, so good! We just bought a house that came with a hot tub from ThermoSpas and I had no idea on how to take care of it. Natalie (I think?) was extremely helpful and walked me through different package options for chemicals and even on how to drain and refill. The previous owners didn't take the best of care of it and so I had my work cut out for me. Needless to say, ti is up and running and is wonderful!! 10 years old and looks brand new and the ThermoClear system is highly recommended. No chemical smells and my daughter who has severe allergies has no issues with the chemicals at all:)
